5 Follow-ups (3 x 45 min, 2 x 30 min)
Recommended Booking Frequency: every 1-2 weeks for first 3 visits; then every 2-4 weeks for remaining 2-30min appointments)

Full spectrum care from initial healing through sport-specific return. Built for active women wanting to return to higher-intensity training or active lifestyle.
Includes:
1 Initial Assessment (60 min)
7 Follow-ups (45 min)
Covers:
Thorough assessment of sport-specific needs.
Return to run/sport readiness screening
Video analysis of you in your sport (running, volleyball etc)
More indepth support for core and scar recovery.
Recommended Booking Frequency: every 1-2 weeks x ~3 visits, then every 2-3 weeks for remaining 4 follow-ups.
